Purpose: To ensure consistent and comprehensive evaluation of students during Viva Voce
1. Dress Code and Professional Conduct
[ ] Student is in official college uniform
[ ] Student is well-groomed and maintains professional demeanour
[ ] Communication is in English
[ ] Student gives a brief self-introduction
[ ] Exhibits seriousness and campus-readiness attitude
2. Journal / Lab Record Evaluation
[ ] Student has brought the required journal/lab record
[ ] Journal is complete in all respects
[ ] Pages are properly numbered and assigned
[ ] Programs are clearly written
[ ] Test cases are appropriate and results are documented
[ ] Journal is neatly presented and well-organized
3. Viva Voce Assessment Parameters
[ ] Demonstrates sound problem-solving ability
[ ] Shows clear understanding of the subject/domain
[ ] Displays conceptual clarity and ability to apply concepts
[ ] Meets general expectations of a first-year viva voce
4. Preparedness
[ ] Student carries a pen and blank sheet/answer paper
[ ] Student appears confident and well-prepared
