BELIEF IN DESTINY
Destiny means the things that someone or
something will experience in the future,
Or a power that is believed to control what
happens in the future (Merriam-Webster)
Destiny in Arabic called “”تقدیر
“Taqdeer” linguistic meaning is “to Design something”
Some time it use for impose something
Basic Rule for Understanding the Concept of Taqdeer is
that we cannot understand it completely, because it is
beyond the human intellect.
Our Beloved Prophet ﷺhas strictly forbidden to discuss
this concept in depth.
Having admitted that we do not fully understand it, we will
now briefly describe it:
Four elements of Destiny
1.
Divine knowledge of God( ) علم الٰہی
2.
Written about everything that happened in the past
and will happen in the future ( ) کتابت ما کان ومایکون
3.
Will of God () مشیئت الہی
4.
Creation of deeds ( ) تخلیقٰ افعال
One from three 1. Pure compulsion 2. Capable for
everything 3. Adopter ( ) مجبورمحض قادرمطلق کاسب
Unchangeable & Changeable () تقدیرمبرم تقدیرٰ معلق

١١۵ ان ہللا بکل شییء علیم سورة التوبة آیت
Allah is fully aware of every thing
١۲ وکل شیء احصینہ فی امام مبین سورۃیس آیت
Every thing is fully computed by Us in a manifest book of
record
۲۹ وماتشاءون اال ان یشاءہللا رب العلمینالتکویر آیت
And you cannot intend (to do anything) unless it is so
willed by Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.
۹٦ وہللا خلقکم وما تعملون صافات آیت
And Allah has created you and whatever you do
