skills of participating in the production chain of Vietnamese
digital technology enterprises.
Priority will be given to the State's investment credit loans to
support investment in infrastructure of the centralized
information technology zone, development of digital
technology enterprises, and domestically designed and
manufactured digital technology products and services.
