Location
Nature of Job (Greasing, Painting Etc.)
Planned schedule of Maintenance.
Risks Involved. (Tripping, Loose items, Fouling, Heat exhaustion etc.)
Equipments Checked for condition.
Verified that the workers have understood the job.
All items required are available at site.
All obstructions around are removed if possible.
First aid and a Stretcher available near the site.
Communication system agreed and verified.
A responsible person attending the workers and the site is not left unattended at any time.
