Starter (Tuning in) (10 min):
Students will be shown a video to think and discuss the short video.
Students will be provided with a passage to review, focusing on identifying the main idea. They will have the opportunity to share their
thoughts and opinions on the topic.
Exploration (Finding out) (10 min):
Students will share their opinions regarding the passage with their classmates and teacher and present their understanding in the class.
Student’s ideas and discussions will take place as the answers for pre reading questions.
Teacher will be giving a main conception about summarizing tips and conceptions.
Main Activity (Sorting Out) (10 min):
 Students will be asked to generate few questions from the text after reading the text.
 Students will be asked make themselves the passage summarize it in an effective way.
 Students will be asked to share their idea with their classmates about related activities.
 Students will be asked to show their solved activity.
 During this activity teacher will note out their answers on screen in order to help them able to write on the next activity.

Students will be grouped into individual group in order to have competition and solve the related activity about Finding the main idea.
On- Level: Students will be asked point their groups members mistakes in order to mention for their group members and teacher will
rectify their mistakes to be corrected in order to solve the questions correctly.
Approaching Level: Students will state their activity one by one regarding the Metamorphosis text in order to strengthen their skills
about the lessons.
