CIRCULAR FOR DISTRIBUTION OF BOOKS

Dear Parents
Warm Greetings from Delhi Public School Bangalore East!
As we approach the end of this academic session, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your
continued support in making this year a successful one.
To facilitate a smooth transition into the new academic session, books for the upcoming year
will be distributed on the same day as the year-end PTM scheduled for each grade.
Kindly note:
•
The stationery kit, which includes subject books and notebooks for the new session, will be
distributed in your ward’s classroom only upon presenting the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
SLIP of online payment made before the scheduled PTM date. Please note that purchasing
books through this arrangement is NOT MANDATORY.
•
If you are unable to collect the books as per the PTM schedule, an additional distribution
will be held in June 2025 as per the dates assigned for each class. These dates will be
communicated later via the School Management Software, Entrar.
•
Parents are requested to check the contents of the stationery kit before leaving the school
premises. Any discrepancies should be immediately reported to the Class Teacher.
•
In case you do not wish to purchase the whole kit, but only few books, you may do so only in
the month of June. However, this will depend on availability of stocks.
•
To enhance the learning experience, subject-wise worksheet booklets have been specially
designed for students, and procuring these booklets is mandatory.
