Welcome to the exciting world of website design! In this group assignment, you will have the
opportunity to unleash your creativity and technical skills to craft an engaging and functional
website. This assignment aims to provide you with hands-on experience in designing and
developing a website while working collaboratively with your peers.
Assignment Overview:
This is a group assignment worth 30 marks. Group will be formed based on the given grouping
name list. Discussion should be held among team members regarding the design and layout
of the entire website.
Instructions to students:
Your website should contain at least 9 webpages and incorporate various multimedia
elements, formatting styles, tables, data representations, and any other suitable features.
Ensure that all links are functional and include social media integration. Each group is required
to create a website using a webpage creation tool (such as WIX or others) that provides
information on one of the topics below.
Sustainable Living Guide: Develop a webpage that provides resources, tips, and interactive
tools for promoting sustainable living practices, such as reducing waste, conserving energy,
and using eco-friendly products.
Health and Fitness Blog with Recipes: A webpage that combines health and fitness tips with
nutritious recipes. Users can browse workouts, read health articles, and find recipes that
match their dietary needs.
Art and Culture Showcase: Develop a webpage that serves as a virtual gallery for local
artists, musicians, and performers to showcase their work. Include features for virtual
exhibitions, artist profiles, and event calendars.
Community Volunteer Hub: Develop a webpage that connects volunteers with local
community service opportunities. Include features for signing up for events, tracking volunteer
hours, and sharing experiences through blogs or forums.
