END OF YEAR REPORT ( JANUARY – DECEMBER, 2022)

2.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We express tons of gratitude to the most high God for His sustenance, guidance and love towards
leadership, the pastorate, ministry executives, and the entire church populace throughout the year
under review. We specially want to thank our District Minister, Over. Robert and Mrs. Ruth Fobi for
their zeal and special love for the youth ministry. We cannot underestimate their unflinching support
for the ministry in and out of season. May God bless them abundantly.
We equally express our heartfelt gratitude to Presiding Elders , the entire District Presbytery and the
members of the Youth Ministry for their show of love towards the ministry. We are grateful !
INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL ASSESSMENT
This is a report of the Dominase District Youth Ministry for the period between January to
December, 2022.
The report covers a comparative statistics on total membership, number of assemblies, Holy Spirit
Baptism, Water Baptism, finance and others. It also involves activities from National, Area, District
and some selected ones from the locals .Some notable achievements by the ministry during the
period are participation in the National Youth Music and Drama Contest .The district also held a
power packed conference dubbed ; DUNAMIS CONFERENCE. On the whole, the period under
review was a successful one for our district.

7.ACTIVITIES
7.1 NATIONAL ACTIVITIES
PENSA GHANA CONFERENCE
The District under the able leadership of the District Pastor, sponsored three (3) members
from the district to attend the above conference held at the Pentecost Convention Center
(PCC), from the 8th – 11th January, 2022.Reports from participants indicates that they were
truly impacted.
SINGLES’ LOVE SUMMIT
To the glory of God the district was not exempted from the above program held on the 12th
of February, 2022. This program created the opportunity for singles win the district to meet
and interact.
HEKINA CONFERENCE
The district observed this conference from the 8th – 11th June, 2022 via virtual screen at
Dominase and Treposo satellite centers .The program that was held under the theme ‘
Equipping Young People as God’s Army to Possess the Nations’ was an avenue which
empowered the youth and set them to possess the nations for Christ. In all 89 youth
participated .
BUSINESS CHAMBER
One participant from the district attended this year’s business chamber held on 24th
October, 2022.
MINISTRY TO TEENS
By the grace of God this ministry has been formed in the locals with most of the locals
meeting on Saturdays for their special classes.The following have been appointed as the
district coordinators; Elder Jacob Adobila – coordinator ,Deacon Isaac Mensah – Assistant
coordinator,Elder Francis Midey, - member, Sister Gloria Sam – member,Sister Confidence
Vieku – member.
7.2.AREA ACTICITIES
AREA EXECUTIVES MEETING
The executives in the district participated in the Area executives meeting held ont 27th of
January,2022 at the Dunkwa Central Chapel.
AREA YOUTH ALL NIGHT ( ZONAL LEVEL)
The district also participated in Zonal Youth All Night held at Ayanfuri Kyeremehkrom
Assembly on May 19th ,2022.It was attended by 28 members from the District.
WORPRAPRA
The Dominase District was not exempted from the Area flagship program, Worship, Praise
and Prayer (WORPRAPRA) held at Dunkwa Central on the 16th of December, 2022. In all
about 45 participants from the district attended the program. This program brought a lot of
impartation on the participants.
7.3. DISTRICT ACTIVITIES
SPECIAL TIME WITH PASTOR
This program which was held on the 15th of January,2022 was the brain child of the our
District Minister, Ovr. Robert Fobi was aimed at providing a platform for the entire youth
membership to meet the District Minister and interact with him. Rev. Fobi seized the
opportunity to and admonished the youth to serv God with their strength , talents and time.
VALENTINE’S NIGHT
This special night was observed gloriously with many impactful and life changing activities.It
was held under the theme ‘Dinner Date with Jesus’. The aim was to portray the love of
Christ that brought salvation to mankind.The District Minister, Ovr. Robert Fobi and his wife
Mrs. Ruth Fobi were the guests of honor.Marked with many exciting programs like drama,
choreography,bible recitation and many more, the program was attended by 280
participants.
VISITATIONS
The District Pastor , Robert Fobi regularly visited the locals on Ministries meeting Days . He
took part in their discussions and gave them the necessary support.The District Excutives
also visited the local and these visits brought a lot of inspiration and revival to the locals.
SCHOOLS VISITATIONS
The District organized Schools visitations programs to some selected schools within the
district.Some schools visited include, Breman Brofoyedur Anglican Basic, Bepo Tenten DA
JHS,Abora DA Basic,Tumantu DA JHS and Treposo DA JHS. Led by the District Ministre Ovr.
Robert Fobi, a white marker board was donated to the Treposo DA BasicSchool.In all 31
souls from the basic schools were won for Christ.
DUNAMIS CONFERENCE
This powerful program was held on 26th August,2022 at the Dominase Central Chapel .It was
marked with the following activities ; praises and worship, Holy Spirit Baptism, intercessory
prayers, drama a choreography and many more.Among the artist for the program were, our
District Pastor ,Robert Fobi and Mrs. Robert Fobi. Guest artist for the night was Elder Daniel
Martey of Diaso District .The powerful and inspirational ministration by the artists brought
a great divine impartation to the participants. On the whole, 26 participants had the Holy
Spirit Baptism.
TENS CONFERENCE
This conference was held on the 1st of October,2022 to discuss topics such as, choosing a
good mentor, remaining a good Christian as a teenager in the face of challenges etc. There
was also an open forum for the teenagers to ask questions bothering their mind.
ZONAL SPORTS AND STREET EVANGELISM
This great program also took place on Saturday,5th November,2022 at the various zones
within the district.The program began with a street evangelism where participants marched
through the streets of their communities carrying placards bearing gospel messages amidst
singing and dancing. Later in the day, participants gathered on the football pitch for an inter
local football gala .Other indoor games like ludo and draft were played. Through this
program, the ministry was able to carry the gospel message to many lost souls. In addition it
was a time for participants to have fun and display their talents. It also brought a lot of
health benefits to the participants.
7.4.SELECTED LOCAL PROGRAMS
Intensive youth classes were held on Ministry Days in all the locals with lessons from the
youth syllabus.The Asuogya Gyaman Youth Ministry embarked on a visit to the Asuoggya
Gyaman D/A Primary Schooland shared the word of God with both learners and staff.

We are grateful to God for all the good work that he accomplished through the ministry despite all
