Plants: The Life Givers
Plants are very important for life on Earth. They are the main source of food, oxygen,
and shelter for humans and animals. Plants are found everywhere — in gardens,
forests, fields, and even inside our homes. They come in many shapes, sizes, and
colours, from small grass to tall trees.
Plants make their own food using sunlight, water, and air in a process called
photosynthesis. During this process, they give out oxygen, which we need to breathe.
Plants also provide fruits, vegetables, grains, medicines, wood, and beautiful flowers.
They protect the soil from erosion and help to keep the air fresh and cool.
Taking care of plants is very important for a healthy environment. By planting more trees
and plants, we can fight pollution and climate change. Plants make the world more
beautiful and colourful. They are truly the life givers of our planet, and it is our duty to
protect them!
