Short/simple description
Target:
Idea is to cool down DS-gas stream to AB without industrial water, but with filter lye, and
still to have DS gas cooling and also filter lye preheating
Method of execution:
Stream of filter lye (blue line) with temperature of ca. 30°C have enough energy to cool down
condensate (green line) through plate heat exchanger no.1. Cooled condensate will cool
down DS-gas stream through the RGRH (washer with pall rings) to ca. 60°C. Condensate
stay in loop, flow in loop is controlled with one pump, from loop is taken amount of
condensate to CC, which is collected in RGRH. Control of level in RGRH is done with one
automatic valve.
Filter lye has already been partially preheated through the first heat exchanger, and
continues its preheating through the second heat exchanger to the temperature of ±75°C.
Filter lye flow is controlled with one pump.
