CE Marking Assessment for Dynamic ratings DRMCC Power transformer
monitor and controller
EMC Technologies was approached by Dynamic Ratings in May 2015 to examine compliance
records for the DRMCC Power transformer monitor and controller with regards to achieving CE
EMC Directive compliance.
The product was tested against Australian standard AS 60870-2-1: 1998 which is identical to
current harmonised CE EMC Directive standard EN 60870-2-1: 1996.
A Declaration of Conformity statement must be prepared that references the EMC Directive and
this harmonised standard. It must also reference other harmonised standards for all applicable
CE marking directives.
