TRADE OFF ANALYSIS TABLE
Overall Conclusion
A balance between strength, temperature resistance, and durability – Nylon-Carbon Fiber ( the most
suggested one)
Flexibility or impact absorption – TPU.
Beginners or aesthetic prints – PLA
Functional parts with medium mechanical needs – ABS is a reliable middle ground.
Opinion:
PA-CF provides more stability and strength so its more better for the overall structure and also
electronics in it because its also not flexible. This is because if flexiblity is high, the electronics might
not be secured well enough because flexiblity can cause the structure to be more shaky.
PA-CF is the best for more secure for the electronics as according to my survey, its also good at resist
for like high shock , the pros and cons are its more expensive but it can help us to secure our
electronics more.
Last time we used TPU which is flexible, that’s one of the reason it can cause changes kat electronics
position because when it is flexible , it can absorb shock more.
