General Chaperone Roles
1. Supervision

Monitor a small group of students (usually 5–10).
○
Keep track of attendance regularly.

Enforce school rules and behavior expectations.
2. Safety Monitor

Ensure students stay together and follow safety guidelines.

Handle minor first-aid issues or report to staff.
○
Keep emergency contact info handy.
3. Timekeeper
○
Help keep the group on schedule for activities, meals, and bus departure.

Coordinate with the lead teacher for timing.
4. Support Staff

Assist students with lunch, restroom breaks, and managing belongings.
○
Help students who need extra guidance or accommodations.
5. Communication Liaison

Stay in touch with the lead teacher via phone or walkie-talkie.
