However, as the educational landscape evolves, there is always room for growth and improvement. Upgrading the form with a focus on clarity, inclusivity, and modern teaching requirements will ensure it remains both practical and aligned with our commitment to excellence. Below are recommendations to refine and enhance its effectiveness while maintaining a professional yet approachable tone. 1. Clarify Weightage and Scoring i. Clearly specify how weightage is assigned to each section and provide instructions on summing up the scores across all criteria. ii. Include a detailed scoring guide, rubrics or example to ensure evaluators understand the process 2. Expand and Refine Rating Options i. Update the rating scale to include "U - Unsatisfactory" in addition to "E - Excellent," "G - Good," and "A - Average" to provide a more comprehensive evaluation framework. ii. Ensure that all columns are accurately reflected in the form for consistency. 3. Broaden Evaluation Criteria Expand the evaluation criteria to ensure a holistic assessment: i. Teaching Philosophy: Evaluate the candidate’s alignment with the school’s vision and values through a written response or discussion. ii. Classroom Management: Assess strategies for handling classroom discipline, student engagement, and diverse learning needs using hypothetical scenarios or practical examples. iii.
