Why people should be fined for dropping litter Dropping litter causes a lot of damage to the environment as well as to humans and animals. Furthermore, it may cause diseases and different kinds of viruses to spread which can result in casualties. In addiiton, a tyre can be punctured if it runs over a sharp fragment or a young child might get injured due to litter. When I was seven years old, I witnessed my neighbhour’s three-year-old child hitting her head on the ground. She had to be immediately taken to a hospital because she had slipped as soon as she accidentally ran on some pieces of garbage that were scattered around. Another account that I can recall is a man riding his car at high speed and colliding with another car since his car punctured suddenly after he drove over tiny fragments of broken glass. I have only listed two accounts of people suffering from the litter that we drop. Think about the number of people worldwide who lose their loved ones just because of our one little mistake. Would you derive pleasure from seeing people hurting themselves just because you drop litter? Keeping your environment safe is in your hands now. I urge you to dispose of litter in a sensible manner. Re : How whales are important for the ecosystem Dear Class, I wanted to inform you about the importance of whales, and why they should be saved. As you already know, a lot of animals on Earth are already endangered and some of them have even become extinct. This is a red flag for us to take swift action and save our planet to prevent further damage to our environment. Just like other animals in a food chain, whales also play an important role in theirs. If there were no whales, small fish in the ocean would consume all of the plants underwater. Whales balance their ecosystem by consuming these fish and keeping everything in order. Whales are predators as well as prey. Scavengers, sharks and orcas rely on these whales for their food. Sharks and orcas both hunt on these whales and scavengers feed on them after they have died. This tells us that not only do whales keep the aquatic animals in balance, but also help some of them to grow. I strongly believe that whales should not be hunted down by humans for their fins or other reasons. A lot of whales are already being killed by us and might become extinct in the future. Would you like to be a participant of those who are engaged in the activity of killing whales and destroying our Earth’s environment? Please think carefully about the repercussions before indulging in such selfish and unnecessary practices. Re: Why should whales be held in captivity Dear Jennie Pierce, I have read the letter that you had sent me and have taken all your points into consideration. However, it is best for these whales to stay at our parks as it is a safe environment for them. They do not have to worry about predators hunting them down, or worrying whether they will have enough food to eat. Would you rather have to hungrily look for food to eat or be fed sufficient and healthy diets that are fixed? You mentioned that the whales in the wild swim up to 100 miles a day, and that they are unable to swim here from lack of space. Although our parks are not as long as the oceans in the wild, the whales exercise every day for an amount of time that is necessary for them. Our coaches train them and ensure that they do not face any danger, unlike in the wild. Also, I recall that you said that whales should not be bribed to perform in order for us to provide them with food. This is absolutely incorrect. Taking care of the killer whales is our priority and we never starve them even if they do not obey the instructors. Regarding the point in which you said that killer whales should not be forced to perform to audiences on a daily basis, performing is actually helpful for the whales as they move their body during that time and exercise, which is basically beneficial for their health and well-being. Lastly, it is not necessary for whales that live in captivity to live shorter lives than the whales that live freely. It utterly depends upon the environment they are living in, and how they are being treated. There are other factors that contribute to some whales dying earlier than others, such as diseases or injuries. I assure you that the whales at our Parks are well taken care of and that they are not living in a harmful environment. If they were, we would have never kept them here to perform. The best and safest option for these whales is to stay here with us, where they face no danger. Sincerely, Jannat Save the Whales "Save the whales!" That's what the bumper sticker on the Smiths' car read. It was an abstract idea, of course. Jake liked having the sticker make a statement. He just never expected to get a chance to save a real whale, one right in his own neighborhood. It was a Saturday morning when the newspaper first reported the whale sightings. A pod of the mammals were swimming close to shore. Everyone around the beach town rushed out to the shore to see them. They were expecting a beautiful show, better than a movie, but nothing they'd have to do anything about. As crowds of people hurriedly walked towards the shore, Jake decided to ask his parents to take him there by car even if he might run late. The reason why he wanted to take his car with him was to show everyone the sticker on his car so that everyone would know that he actually cared about whales. While he quickly climbed the stairs, he hollered, “Mum, let’s go and watch whales, I heard that they have been sighted near the shore!” His Mum replied, “Alright, give me a few minutes.” When his Mum finally dressed up, they headed for the beach. Jake was full of anticipation as he was crazy about whales. He constantly kept talking about them throughout the whole car ride and as soon as him Mum parked, he jumped out of the car and hotfooted towards the ocean. However, the smile from his face disappeared when he saw a group of kids who were throwing litter at the whales. They had even injured one of the whales. Jake became infuriated and anger festered inside him as he strode towards those kids. The children were startled when they saw him, but continued annoying the whales. Jake exclaimed, “Do you even know how much harm you are causing to the environment as well as to these whales by throwing trash in the sea!” “These fish should not be here because they are preventing us from enjoying the impressive view!” replied Ben, who was one of them. “But you should not throw stuff at them like this,” admonished Jake. Although Jack had asked them nicely, they did not listen to him. Jake thought that he must do something. He walked away from them so that they would not be able to notice what he was going to do next. He hid behind a tree, took his phone out and recorded them performing the shameful act. Then, he went to a policeman nearby and showed the video to the policeman. “That’s really detrimental for the environment, isn’t it,” said the policeman. Jake nodded and then led the policeman towards the children so that he could warn them. The children did not expect Jake to bring a policeman with him and seemed quite intimidated. Once the policeman had warned them to stop tossing trash at the animals, they agreed and returned to their homes. Jake thanked the officer and in return, the officer replied by calling Jake a hero for the whales and that he had saved them from danger. Jake was over the moon when those words reached his ears and his day became one hundred times better than it was. My Hobby I have been drawing from early childhood. At first, I wasn’t a pro, but after practicing, I mastered the skill. Whenever I had free time, I searched for a video on Youtube and followed the instructions. That is basically how I learned to draw better. When I was eleven years old, I created a beautiful sketch of a scenery and was delighted to see the results. I used to feel cheerful, for my relatives would praise my drawings whenever they would come to visit, but I don’t draw anymore as I don’t have enough time. The Spooky Dolphin All of us were petrified as soon as we witnessed a horrible, grotesque dolphin which was headless. The thing that was more horrifying was that it could communicate as well! Paralysed by fear, no words left our mouths, until the dolphin began talking. Its voice pierced our ears like a sharp knife stabbed them. Although we regained control of our voices several minutes later, we still did not reply. The only thing that we did was instinctively run and try our best to get farther away from it. “Why are you all leaving?!” the dolphin screeched in a high pitch. What we weren’t able to determine previously was that it was able to talk since we were focused on wondering how a headless dolphin could be in space. “How can this abominable creature talk to us!” exclaimed Kiana. “Nobody knows for sure, but for now, we should just try to find a way to reach out for help,” I replied composedly. I began rummaging through a myriad of drawers until I found my phone. Then, I contacted the passengers of another station nearby and explained the predicament we were trapped in. Also, I requested them to send assistance. Thankfully, they were not on a mission at that moment, so they immediately approached our spaceship. The mentally unstable dolphin had locked all exits which made it nearly impossible for anyone to enter or exit our spaceship. “Someone who is courageous enough has to reach one of the exits stealthily,” whispered Jake. “I’ll go, the rest of you can back me up if something happens,” I replied. So, without further ado, I crouched and crawled until I reached an exit and unlocked it using my fingerprint. Suddenly, a loud alarm went off and I heard thuds coming towards me. It was the dolphin! I began panicking, broke out in a cold sweat and hollered out to others to follow my voice. Luckily, my crew members arrived before the horrid dolphin reached me. The other spaceship was next to us, so we floated for a while until we entered and took a sigh of relief. Then, after we had travelled away from our spacecraft, we blasted it so that the peculiar creature would be destroyed. My crew and I laughed and cheered triumphantly as we returned back to Earth. My visit to F-9 park A few years back, my family decided to plan a trip to F -9 park with my uncle who came from London and a cousin of mine. Due to the sweltering heat, none of us wanted to go initially, however, we went anyway. I ensured that all of my brother ’s necessities were with us as my parents had to organise everything else. All of us entered the car and seated ourselves. Riding in the car was an enjoyable experience since it was air conditioned, but as soon as we stepped out of the car, we began sweating heavily because of the scorching Sun burning as if it were a stove at a high flame. On our way, we experienced labyrinths of congested roadways. When we finally arrived at the destination, we entered the amusement park, and continued strolling lackadaisically until I witnessed a phenomenal ride. At that moment, I forgot about everything. I didn’t feel that hot anymore and everything seemed like it was fantastic, because all I cared about was riding the battery powered electric car. “Can I please ride this?” I pleaded. Thankfully, my Mum allowed me to go, so I swiftly dashed away. Impatiently, I asked the staff if there was anyone in line. The staff replied, “You’re lucky that no one’s here, because it’s usually crowded.” As soon as those words echoed into my ears, a broad grin appeared on my face. I offered my cousin to join me , so she and I excitedly hopped into the car and fastened the seat belts. We both began driving instantly and decided to do a race. “Whoever crosses the blue, finishing line would buy the other one a cotton -candy, alright?” I bellowed. “Yeah sure, cuz I know I’ll win,” she eagerly responded. We lined up and just before we set off, anticipation was festering inside us. “1,2,3… and GO!” shouted the staff and off we went! We were zooming and weaving through the obstacles, and making our way. A second before we crossed the line, we gave each other a last glance. We had imagined that only one of us would win, however this was not the case. Once we went across the finishing line, we rushed to the worker, inquiring who won. “Looks like you both crossed at the same t ime, so I guess it’s a draw.” he replied. “I can’t believe it’s a tie, this can’t be possible- I was supposed to be the one who would win! ” exclaimed my cousin dejectedly. “Even I thought that I would win. Anyways, what should we do now? ” I interrogated. “Well, I reckon we both have to buy each other a cotton -candy – that’s the only fair way, isn’t it?” she lamented. Nodding in agreement, we strode towards the nearest stall and purchased cotton -floss. Afterwards, we lingered about merrily. Later on, we sauntered and enjoyed the picturesque view of a garden in the vicinity that we were mused by. A Dream Panting and sweating heavily, I woke up from a horrifying dream. Unable to breathe properly, I tried composing myself. However, the intrusive thoughts of witches with long, musty nails and the howling of ravenous wolves kept clinging onto my brain as if they were a piece of bubble gum. Daycare Pandemonium Have you thought that working in a daycare centre is peaceful and not tiresome? Young children are adorable and attract people due to their cute looks. This makes working at a daycare centre a coveted job, but actually, this work requires meticulous attention and care and the only time that is tranquil is when the toddlers and infants are fast asleep, emitting the effort it takes to get them to sleep in the first place. I do agree that there are several positives of working at such a place, however I cannot say that it does not come with negatives. Working with kids is quite an enjoyable experience and keeps one’s spirits high, but when the they begin to annoy one, one can easily become infuriated. However, one cannot express the anger since they have to retain a professional attitude. This job is certainly not suitable for someone who is not filled with patience, since it is required most of the time. For example, it takes a lot of hard work and effort to get the children to sleep. Before putting them to sleep, one has to feed them milk and change their pampers, and afterwards has to prevent them from playing and running around. One thing to keep in mind while performing all these duties is that one cannot be stern towards the children, which is the hardest when they are not even complying. Moreover, one has to ensure that the toddlers remain composed and calm when it is story time or when they have to eat lunch. Basically, it is troublesome to assemble them together, because when all of the kids are gathered together, they begin playing or talking, which converts into chaos after a few minutes. Putting all of this aside, the smile and laughter of young kids makes one feel as if they are in heaven. That is why, although this job may have quite a few cumbersome tasks, the amount of pleasure that I derive from this is far greater than them. a- I think this job suits someone who loves the ocean and relishes working with it. Also, the person should not be someone who can be easily frightened by the underwater creatures, or someone who panics. b- This work enables the worker to visit many exotic places and to witness all kinds of animals. Moreover, they get the opportunity to work on projects with famous people. c- There are chances of getting stung by the underwater animals, which can cause health complications, and some creatures can cause great injuries. d- You should be able to swim and take pictures properly and with care. You should know how to handle the animals when taking photos. e- Filming the animals is ethically wrong for them as we sometimes have to destroy their habitats. This is controversial. Furthermore, the water can be cold at times, which can be challenging. People work at a range of places on the planet. One of those places that we work in is the ocean. It is an enjoyable place to experience and to learn more about our world. Workers called underwater cameramen make it possible for normal people like us, to behold the magnificent creatures thriving below our feet. Working as a cameraman is suitable for someone who loves the ocean and relishes working with it. Also, it is easy for a person if they are courageous enough to bear the underwater creatures, and adventurous enough to bear their unexpected jerks. This work enables the cameraman to visit many exotic places and to witness all kinds of animals. Moreover, they get the opportunity to work on projects with famous people. This job seems like it requires many skills like being able to swim and take pictures properly and with care. Additionally, one should know how to handle the animals when taking photos. Some negative aspects include chances of getting stung by underwater animals, which can cause health complications, and some creatures can cause great injuries. For example, a sting by cuttlefish can cause narcosis, that can be life-threatening. What is more is that filming the animals is ethically wrong for them as we sometimes have to interfere with their habitats in order to capture them properly. This is controversial. Furthermore, the freezing temperature can sometimes cause hypothermia and if the diver is deep below, nitrogen can enter their body and cause nitrogen bubbles to form in their blood; another health risk. For an individual, who is willing to do the job despite the risks can remain safe and have a memorable time in the oceans and seas by taking necessary precautions. Because, if one has an ambition of visiting the ocean, they can conquer all the hurdles that come across! In addition, whatever ones sees and POSTCARD Dear Maryam, I hope you’re doing fine. I’m having lots of fun here in Japan, but one thing is that I miss you and others greatly. Overall, my trip is going fantastically. I’ve tried various types of foreign food, which I didn’t regret trying at all. The environment is extremely hospitable and everyone is very welcoming and friendly, which makes you feel more at home. See you soon in a few weeks! Lots of love, Jannat P.S.I forgot to tell you, but I was planning to go to Centaurus with you and Sheza, if that’s okay. Diary Entries June 10th Dear Diary, I just read Judy’s letter and nostalgia struck me really hard afterwards. I got reminded of my childhood, when my friends and I used to take a sigh of relief during the summer holidays and hung out at my granddad’s colossal farm, filled with herds of cows, sheep and horse. Once, my two best buddies, Jack and Shawn rode the horses in the barn with me even though we weren’t allowed to. Shawn and I rode perfectly fine, but Jack fell off quite a few times since he wasn’t familiar with animals and riding them. Thankfully, he didn’t get severely injured; just a few scratches here and there. That time was filled with a lot of memories that I can never forget. I’m super glad Judy’s also able to experience these beautiful moments. That’s all for today. Bye. Robert June 12th Dear Diary, Whenever Judy sends me letters, my heart fills with happiness. I feel as if I can experience the events first-hand myself. It also makes me want to be there. What brings more joy to me is that she will have a lot of memories of herself even when she grows older and becomes busier in her life. The precious time that she is having with the family at the farm will remain in her heart for a long time. Although she’s an orphan and wasn’t able to feel the love of her parents, she can meet people and know that she isn’t alone in this world and that there are tons of people who care about her. I know that it might seem ostentatious, but I am extremely proud of myself for supporting an orphan like her. I’m looking forward to seeing you again. Robert June 13th Dear Diary, Judy is starting to feel gloomy that she has to leave the farm soon, but at least, she had a great time. She has an amazing bond with the animals there, and even does some of the chores, like picking eggs. What’s more is that she’s relishing these activities. I couldn’t stop laughing when she said that she wants to name one of calves there as Daddy-Long-Leg, which is basically the nickname she has given to me. I really want to try the doughnuts that she has learned to bake. See you later. Robert Punctuation I have got something very important to tell you, Mother, but please do not tell anyone but Father. Do you know in our room, I have found a trap door. At night, when I am in bed, I can hear it. It is gradually breaking open. I hear it creaking, and when you bang the wall there, you can definitely hear the latch, or whatever it is, rattle. I have found out other things about it: there is a place in the house which the boys call, the black hole. It is a very funny place and is a little hole in a cupboard where a trap door must once have been. It is just big enough to get through. I have been a long way down it. It is pitch dark and curves about a great deal. What is more is that the floor is covered with a kind of tick woollen stuff, stretched tightly across, as if to deader your footsteps. When you go for a very long way, it comes to an end, where I think there must be another trap door, but there was a chink in the boards and I looked through and saw a huge room with about 30 new chairs in it. It is lit up from below. Please don’t tell Dr. Parry because we want to find out all about it. Here is another thing which proves there are secret passages in this house: Mr Keithley, a new master, said to Dr. Parry one morning, “I heard noises in the night before I went to bed.” Dr. Parry turned first red, then white, but said nothing. I have heard noises in the night, it is like this: just as if someone was walking up and down inside the wall and I heard a crashing sound by the trap door. I was frightened because I thought I could hear the trap door burst open and someone come out. All the blood went to the ends of my fingers and tingled. I felt icy cold and I could not breathe. I think Dr. Parry knows something of this and we are determined to find it all out. Only three boys beside me know anything about it at all. I will tell you more about it in my next letter. I remain your loving son. W. Temple Clay Oxford Progressive 1. The two details, “she hastened her steps” and “she started running” show that she was nervous and panicky. 2. The poisons can be used to create drugs to reduce high blood pressure and are very quick-acting. 3. Anatomical means related to the body and apparatus refers to tools. So, it essentially means that the snakes do not have body parts that can deliver venom. 4. The harmless snakes have become significant because they also have venom. The doctors are curious about them because they want to find out if the things in the snakes’ venom can be used for medical purposes. 5. Now that the doctors know that particular proteins in snake venom comes from different parts of the body, thanks to Fry’s research, they can move one step ahead and look at the areas where the proteins are originally produced and find ways to reproduce the beneficial component of the poisonous venom. That is why his research was referred to as a starting point. 8. In the sentence, he is saying that it is interesting and strange how something that kills people can be used to save lives. As soon as the elderly gentleman realized that his pockets had been emptied, he strode towards someone, who he somehow seemed to know, and requested the young boy, Joshua, to follow Smith as the old man strongly suspected that he was the one who had stolen his bijou. Meanwhile, Smith, in his over-confidence, relaxingly strolled, holding the valuable piece of jewellery in mid-air, thinking that the old man was too feeble to chase him. As soon as he was about to take a turn, two hands grabbed his shoulders. Fear crept up his back like a bunch of spiders creeping upwards. Too frightened to find out who was seizing him, Smith was fixed at one spot, as if he were a statue. After several moments, which felt like an eternity to Smith, words escaped from the man who was holding him tightly. “Are you the one who stole the old man’s jewellery?” Joshua interrogated sternly as he turned Smith to see his face. “I-I just found this on the streets,” answered Smith anxiously, handing the ring over to Joshua. Smith was covered with perspiration as he stood and gazed at the old man walking towards them. “So, it was you who took my belonging,” stated the gentleman with a serious expression. “Apologies sir, I never wanted to take something important of yours away from you,” Smith cried, “I’m desperate to steal objects, so that I can support my life and purchase food for myself to consume on daily basis.” “I see, however, being a thief is not the resolution to such a problem. If you wish, I can offer you a place in my company; it will facilitate you in building a better future for yourself and keep you away from terrible actions such as pick-pocketing,” suggested the old man. “That’s very kind of you, I would absolutely love to work at your company, sir,” blurted Smith. Afterwards the old man took Smith with him to where he worked and offered him a job there. Later on, Smith became a successful person and always thanked the gentleman who was pivotal for his significant transformation. The Concealed Paper The king requested Johannes to bring his beloved son, Justin, to him. However, when Johannes stepped out of the king’s room to fetch Justin, the king took a last breath and died. The prince rushed into the room, but to his disappointment, he found his father lying deceased on the bed, as a river of tears crawled down his cheeks. “How could father leave me at such a young age!” he cried. After hours of consoling Justin, Johannes was finally successful in stopping the prince from weeping. Then, Johannes escorted the prince to his room to sleep. The next day, a huge war commenced and multitudes of soldiers sacrificed their lives within a few hours. Therefore, everyone from the castle, except for Johannes and Justin were sent there to fight for their nation. Johannes could not go since he was suffering from a severe infection, and Justin insisted on looking after him. “I will to go and search for the medicine to make you feel better,” suggested Justin worriedly. “Alright, if you are unsuccessful in finding it, just come back,” croaked Johannes. In search of the medicine, Justin wandered around the huge castle, until he came across a room that he had never witnessed before. “Why does this room feel so unfamiliar?” he murmured. His inquisitive nature pulled him into the room, and he began analysing every inch of the decorated chamber. Then, he rummaged the drawers of a wooden desk and he set his eyes on a piece of paper. His eyes widened in horror and shock as he continued taking in the words. A sense of betrayal and infuriation travelled through his nerves, and he decided, just within minutes that he would not accept the throne. The incensed prince strode towards Johannes in extreme anger and suddenly yelled, “Why did you keep this a secret from me!” Johannes was surprised at Justin’s rude attitude, but he immediately understood which matter Justin was referring to. “I apologise for not telling you that you were adopted.” “What was the reason for not telling me that I was adopted?” Justin inquired. “Your father did not want you to know for he wanted you to feel like his real son,” spoke Johannes. The prince’s infuriation seemed to have diminished after hearing that. After a few months, Justin became king with Johannes by his side. Johannes took extreme care of Justin like a real faithful servant, as he had promised Justin’s father. Justin preferred things to remain the same, so he did not tell anyone he was adopted and even incinerated the certificate. ROOTS MILLENNIUM SCHOOLS, ONE WORLD CAMPUS, E11/4 ISLAMABAD 24th March 2025 Proposal for a new recycling scheme Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding a new recycling scheme that our school has been working on for quite a while now. The students at our school rarely recycle and ought to know how detrimental the waste can be for the Earth. Therefore, the school team has decided to ask for your kind assistance in this crucial plan. Our plan is to put our best effort into ensuring that the pupils attending our school, learn how to recycle the advantages of recycling as well as its disadvantages. If there were recycle sign boards around the entire premises, the students would remember to dispose of the waste in the recycling bins at all times. Furthermore, we want to prioritise their understanding of recycling, essentially, the reason why they should reuse, and the ramifications of not doing so. That is why, the teachers want to conduct special lessons solely for this topic. The information that our school wants to provide to the pupils would be a huge incentive, thus, would encourage the children to recycle. When the students return home, they will spread the awareness to their family, friends and so on. This would result in a significant number of people recycling. Later on, when they become adults, they would also advise their children to do the same. I believe this scheme would have amazing results overall. Our first step is to put up sign boards consisting of the three R’s. Next, teachers will begin conducting lessons related to the environmental issues caused by unrecycled waste. My school and I will need your support in setting up the boards and planning lessons for the topics, as we do not have enough funding to carry this plan out. Thank you for taking the time to go through my letter. I hope you will take this into consideration. Yours sincerely, Jannat Ali Descriptive Writing Ten years ago, my family and I upped sticks and moved to the unknown world of Germany. My dad was offered a job there and could not turn down the huge opportunity. I was filled with anticipation to explore an entirely new life, but there was a minuscule amount of apprehensiveness hidden within me. I didn’t relish the idea of leaving all my friends and family in Pakistan, and travel to a place which I would not be accustomed to. Moreover, I feared that my parents, who had spent more than half of their life in Pakistan would struggle immensely. At the beginning, we could not read any signboards or ask anyone for help as none of us knew the language. That was just the start of our hardship. After settling in our new house, my parents admitted me to a school in the vicinity. I was extremely exhilarated on my first day of school. Although I had imagined that I would make new friends, quite the opposite happened. The teachers were really cooperative and caring, but the students’ attitudes were horrendous. I couldn’t introduce myself properly as I continuously kept stuttering since I couldn’t speak German. So, everyone in the class began laughing and mocking me, until the teacher gave them a stern look. I used to be silent the entire time at school, since I couldn’t talk to anyone for the first few months, but even when I became fluent in German, it was nearly impossible for me to make friends, which left me with loneliness, self-image issues and I felt as gloomy as an unappreciated donkey. My little brother was in his own baby world, watching rhymes on the television and playing with his toy cars. My mom, on the other hand, was unable to socialise as she barely knew anyone. When we first moved there, whenever she had to run an errand, she couldn’t properly convey what she wanted to say at all. That’s why, she used to take me everywhere she went so that I could translate for her. From school errands to doctors, I being so juvenile, had to translate for them even if the translation wasn’t accurate or grammatically correct. My dad, himself, was working diligently, day and night in order to succeed. Even though our family had to face such trials, our hard work paid off really well. Now, my brother and I can speak German fluently and our dad’s career is progressing superbly. Our mom also learnt German and engages in several activities to keep her socialised. What would appeal most to passengers able to afford eVTOl taxis Passengers who would be able to afford eVTOLs would want it to be a risk-free mode of transport. Most people would only prefer it over other ways of travelling only if they are assured it is safe. Moreover, the public would feel quite at peace if the conditions of the European Aviation Safety Authority (EASA), which is a certificate that shows the vehicle has less than a failure rate of less than one per billion flying hours. Additionally, they should be reassured that eVTOls will not be a source of distraction or annoyance for others as the vehicle flies over other public infrastructure. Furthermore, the citizens should be convinced that there are ways in which it will transform their life in positive ways e.g. they would reduce the time of being stuck in traffic. This would be a considered a significant benefit as drivers in various countries waste several hours in traffic. The points listed above would definitely encourage them to ride eVTOLs and would increment the number of people using this mode of transport. Short response A city billionaire I believe flying eVTOLs would considerably benefit individuals as it would significantly reduce the time of being stuck in traffic. If one is running late for a business meeting, or a crucial event, eVTOLs could take them there instantaneously. So, if eVTOLs are easily accessible, it would save people a lot of time and would make their tasks less cumbersome. Furthermore, this mode of transport could take people to the nearest hospitals if they are in a critical condition, thus lowering the chances of death due to medical emergencies. In conclusion, these flying taxis have several benefits, and so, should be integrated in one’s daily life. A commuter I think that flying taxis would be too costly for average commuters to afford. Using them to travel short distances might not be the best option for one’s health. Walking or cycling as a mode of commuting is more beneficial than simply sitting in a flying taxi and travelling to one’s destination. Moreover, these vehicles would require a colossal amount of fuel to keep them running, which would be extremely detrimental for the environment as more fossil fuels would be used to produce the energy required by the eVTOLs. eVTOLs may have many advantages, but, considering the cons, they would spoil people’s lives as they would rely on them for instant travel. An eVTOL startup chief executive In my opinion, eVTOLs are a path to the future. The futuristic equipment and designs of these flying taxis might fill several individuals with fear and awe due to their unconventional features, however they would be useful in the long run. They could be used if one has to travel short as well as long distances in significantly less time. This is their most important feature. Time is really crucial, and this transportation would allow us to save precious time. If there were a patient suffering from a heart attack, they would have to be admitted to a hospital as soon as possible. However, if the roads are congested and there is no possible way for the ambulance to make its way through, the patient might lose their life or go through severe complications later, but if a patient were to use eVTOLs, they could be taken to their destination without any hurdles. Saving lives is such a vital task, which could be achieved just by making use of our flying taxis.
