Choose a total of six (6) subjects by ticking the appropriate box and the levels (HL, SL,
and CP);
For IB Diploma, you must choose three subjects at Higher Level (240 hours-HL) and three
at Standard Level (150 hours-SL).

Full IB Diploma Program: the IBDP is made up of six subject groups and the DP core,
comprising theory of knowledge (TOK), creativity, activity, service (CAS) and the extended
essay. Three subjects must be studied at Higher Level and three at Standard Level.
IB Diploma Program Courses– IBDP Courses are made up of up-to six subject groups but
excludes the DP Core. Students are not required to study three subjects at Higher Level. In
practice, most students will study 4-6 subjects at Standard Level alongside community service
and senior project. IBDP Courses offers greater flexibility than the IBDP and enables students to
focus on maximizing their attainment in a more tailored selection of subject courses.
International Baccalaureate Careers-related Programme (IBCP) – IBCP students undertake a
minimum of two IB Diploma Programme (DP) courses at Standard or High Level, a core
consisting of four components (Personal & Professional Skills, Language Development, Service
Learning, Reflective Project) and a career-related study. The career-related study offered at DAS
is the BTEC International Business Studies Level 3 Diploma.
