Roles and Responsibilities
Business Sponsor
The project champion and most senior project-level role.
Business Visionary
A person actively involved in providing a clear vision and strategic direction for the project team.
Technical Coordinator
Technical authority for the project. Ensures that the project is technically coherent and meets
agreed standards.

Project Manager
Provides an Agile-style leadership to the Solution Development Team(s).
Business Analyst
Ensures that business needs are properly analyzed and correctly reflected in the evolution of the solution.
Team Leader
Works with team to plan and coordinate all aspects of product delivery at the detailed level.
Business Ambassador
Orange – Business interests, roles representing the business view
Green – Solution/technical interest, roles representing the solution/technical view
Blue – Management interests, roles representing the management/leadership view
Grey – Process interest, roles representing the process view
Provides significant input into the creation and prioritization of business requirements. Provides day-to-day
detail on requirements during Evolutionary Development.
Roles and Responsibilities
Solution Developer(s)
Interprets business requirements and translates them into deployable solution(s).
Solution Tester(s)
Performs testing in accordance with Technical Testing Strategy.
Business Advisor
Provides specific/specialist input to development or testing of solution(s).

Advisor
Provides specific and often specialist technical input and advice.
Workshop Facilitator
Manages the workshop process. Independent of workshop outcome.
DSDM Agile Coach
Helps team with limited Agile experience
