Task 1– Evidence Document
• Create the file EVIDENCE.doc
• Make sure that your name, Centre number and candidate number will appear on
every page of your Evidence Document by placing these details in the header of the
document.
Task 2-Database

Using a suitable database package, import the file sca5mob.csv

Create a form for the above table and Insert the data for the following three records:

Check your data entry for errors.

Produce a report which:
• shows only the Records where the make is Nokia or Ericsson, Weight is greater than 50
standby time is more than 200
• shows only the fields make, model, length, height, standby time and display
• sorts the data into descending order of Make then ascending order of standby time
• has a page orientation of portrait
• includes the heading Latest Models at the top of the page
• has your name on the right in the footer.

Produce a new report from all the data which:
• shows only the phones where the Weight is greater than 100, width is less than 50 and
the Display is Mono
• shows only the fields Make, Model, Weight, Length
• is sorted into descending order of Make
• has the average Weight value calculated at the bottom of the Weight column
• includes the heading Small mono phones at the top of the page
• has your name on the left in the footer.
