I like the law because it directs the society to the right path, protects the society and it is
about a justice. Whether you like law or not we all will live under the law. From the moment
we are born we are governed by many different laws such as natural laws, social laws,
physical laws and so on. One of the reason why i like the job the lawyer is that it's enable me
to understand people and society.
When i was studying in online during the corona virus my mother advised me to read and
study the Mongolian Constitution. Therefore i read and studied the Mongolian Constitution
with my mother and began to understand what is law. After reading the Constitution of
mongolia i learned about the rights and responsibilities of others, politics and myself.
Furthermore i was able to learn Mongolian grammar and how, when should i use the words
correctly in a formal way by reading the Constitution. From then on, i began to have a
interest and try to understand the law that i used to ignore. My mother who noticed my
interest in law came to me after her work and began to tell me about the contracts and
disputes that she did on her work. I found it pretty absorbing. Every so often she would tell
me the criminal, legal cases she had studied when she was a student and she wants me to
judge some of those cases to make me think like i'm a judge. Everytime my mother told me
something important about the law, i started to like a law more and more. We even started
to negotiating some contracts, disputes from my mother's work together. Working on it
together was a great mom and daughter moment. Including i learned what my mom does
for work and her point of view about the law. I think that the most important knowledge i
learned from my mother would have taught me using a law correctly by understanding the
law in a correct way. Shortly after i went to study in Japan, my study of the law began to
reduce. Studied some Japanese law in social studies at my school. In Japan, japanese people
live by the rules and the law, i needed to live like them too for living in Japan. When i started
living in Japan, i comprehended about the following rules and regulations. I understood it's
easy to live by the rules and laws by living in Japan. From my perspective Mongolians are
not that good at live by following the rules and law. They're poor at following the rules. In
Japan, rules and laws applies equally to everyone. When i came to Japan, i planned to study
international relations at university however it changed because my mother made me to
have aspiration for learning law again. One day she called me to tell me about her
misapplication of the law at her work.My mother taught me again how to use law correctly
and we corrected the wrong contract that made by a colleague. After working on that
contract with my mother, i decided to have career that related with law , believing that i can
use the law correctly and fullfill the law. After all this i determined to choose to be
environmental lawyer among the all the law related careers. In recent years the laws of
nature have been violated and the enviroment has been polluted and damaged. I thought
saving the nature would be one of the great things i can do for the earth and the future.
Above all learning how to use the law properly from my mother made me love the law. In
Mongolia, there are many people who use the law improperly and don't know how to follow
the rules and laws. In fact, it is really absorbing to understand the law and how to use the
law.
In the end i love the law because of the everythings i said above. I want save our motherland
by being a honest lawyer who applies the law correct in the future. I think my country and the
environment need lawyers who saves the nature by applying the law in a right way.
