Key Components of the Matrix
1. Duration: Typically 80-240 hours, as prescribed by DepEd.
2. Focus Areas: Rotational focus on accounting, marketing, and management for a holistic ABM
immersion. The focus area( per week)_ maybe altered depending on the industry affiliated.
3. Outputs: Includes tangible deliverables like Daily journals, Task plan, financial reports, marketing
materials, Pictures of actual work setting & task, and a business plan.
4. Reflection: Journals and reflection papers to encourage students to internalize their learnings.
5. Assessment: Workplace supervisors provide feedback, which is incorporated into the student’s
evaluation.
