1. Sediment Pre-Filter
USE:
Sediment pre-filter are designed to capture
and remove silt, dust and rust from water.
MATERIALS USED:
Paper, Ceramic,
Polypropylene.
ALTERNATE MATERIALS:
Acrylic fibres, Glass
fibres, polyester.
2. Carbon Filter
USE:
Carbon filters remove chlorine,
pesticides, and other Volatile Organic
Compounds (VOCs) that may be present in
the water.
MATERIALS USED:
Activated Carbon,
Charcoal.

Ion exchange resins.
3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane
USE:
To remove virtually all inorganic and
organic substances, including chemicals,
metals, microorganisms, minerals, and salts.

Potassium
ferrocyanide
4. Water Supply Connector
USE:
It connects the under-sink or whole house
cold water supply to the RO system.
MATERIALS USED:
Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC).

Stainless steel.
5. Shut-Off Valve
USE:
The role of the shut-off valve is to prevent
unnecessary draining when the tank is full.
MATERIALS USED:
Stainless steel, Brass.
ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS:
Poly Vinyl Chloride
(PVC).
6. Check Valve
USE:
It is needed to prevent high-pressure purified
water from back-flowing into the RO system,
potentially damaging the membrane.

NSF-Compliant materials.

Stainless steel, Brass
7. Drinking Water Faucet
USE:
It controls the flow of a water from a pipe or
container, mainly from storage tank.

8. Drain Line
USE:
It prevents the dirty drain water from
flowing back into the clean drinking water.

9. Water Storage Tank
USE:
It holds clean water from your reverse
osmosis system or other filter systems until
you're ready to use it.

10. Flow Restrictor
USE:
It is designed to reduce the flow of water
that leaves the drain line by maintaining high
pressure in the RO membrane.
