1. Nutrition plays a crucial role in athletic performance, influencing everything from energy
levels, muscle recovery, endurance, to overall health. In this research paper, you will explore
how different aspects of nutrition (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, hydration, and micronutrients)
affect the performance of athletes in your sport.
2. In any sport, warming up before exercise is essential to prevent injuries. As a beginner athlete,
it is especially crucial to learn the correct warm-up techniques to prepare your body for
physical activity. Examine how warming up effectively prevents injuries in your sport.
