Empathy Maps for “ResilienceX”
The Empathy Map technique helped us to understand what are the main factors that draw
attention from our users in all possible perspectives. We have practiced this on 3 of our main
customer groups as mentioned below,
1. Investors
Here, the primary investors we have considered is the Global Immigrant Diaspora, who are the
people interested in protecting their community while them being not able to be in their own
country for several personal reasons. So, anyone with access to the crypto market, there will be
no need of specialized permissions needed to access our platform.

2. Government Agencies
While there might be competition in one eye, on the other hand they can still be our key users
due to their ability to issue the CAT bonds, invest in our data for analytics and assessment for
understanding the global risks, investor behaviors and probabilities of the disaster events etc.

While they invest, the experience they acquire as an insurance company will make them think
mainly about the regulations part. Which agreeably is one of the most difficult part in execution
while developing our platform, but on the flipside, they can get access to the efficient manual
claiming procedure of the insurances, which will attract more consumers for themselves.

3. Private Entities
While the above two users mentioned were the people who look primarily at what are positive
aspects of the platform while having their own doubts about the flipside. Relief Agencies are on
the issuers’ side. They help us in generating and issuing the CAT bonds for our platform to
tokenize and list down for the investors to buy. They clearly understand the need for financial
aid in that emergency situations.

Entities
Apart from being able to immediately deliver the payments, this platform helps them in
planning and allocating the resources further after the disaster event. The transparency within
the process that our platform runs through is by Blockchain technology which will boost the
confidence of the investors and donors.
