Instructions for Participants
● List of Selected entries is published on website www.srijan.org. Participants are requested to check
the list to verify whether their project is selected.
● Only selected entries in pre-qualification (scrutiny) round are allowed to exhibit their project in
DIPEX 2024 exhibition-cum-competition.
● All the participants must report on 7th April, 2024 by 9.00 AM and keep the working models ready
before 11.00 AM. Participants reporting late may not be allowed to participate in the
competition.
● All participants will have to produce their College Identity Cards while reporting for the
competition.
● Lodging arrangements for some girl and boys participants are available at Navi Mumbai on first come
first serve basis.The details have been attached herewith.
● Participants (other Students and Project Guides) are requested to make their own lodging
arrangements before they arrive at the Amaravati.
● All the participants present at the exhibition for all days will get a participation certificate.
● Catering services will be made available at the exhibition venue at reasonable rates.
● The participants also must submit one soft copy of the project report.
● The participants will have to submit one hard copy of the project report.
● Participant must bring 5 hard copies of Entry form from the PDF received after complete
(Stage
B(1)) online Entry form.
● The organizers will provide a stall with sunshade, single phase electrical supply up to 2 kw and three
phase. If need of water for project then 200lt 1barre will be provided ..
● The organizers shall not be obliged/responsible to provide other utilities, like air compressors,
oscilloscope or computers, stabilizers etc. Projects having computer must bring stabilizer and other
required accessories.
