Survey Status • QINSy system is updated with existing facilities locations. • Metrology Support Bracket has been pre-installed onshore at riser bottom flange as per drawing NG-018-L2-GLO-250190. Divers Status • Diving operation have been prepared as per “Project Diving Safety Manual”. Static Rigging Status • The static rigging & beam clamps has been installed below ESDV level for final transfer. Riser Clamps Status • Hanger clamps and sub sea clamps have been installed and inspected, as per Task Plan #001 and are secured in open position. Riser Status • In the following the spreader bar clamped on the riser is called riser for clarity. • 12” Riser is flooded prior to load-out. • Riser is secured (horizontally) alongside the vessel during vessel movement to platform location. Clump weight Status • Clump weight has been deployed on seabed previously (after riser clamps installation). Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-311. RA Level 2 has been conducted and approved. Toolbox Talk (RA Level 3) has been conducted with all personnel involved in the operation. Prior to start operation in Task #4, ensure all lifts have been assessed and “Lift forms” have been signed off. All work permits are in place for. Platform works, Diving works, PE 1.1 • 1.2 • Obtain “green light” of COMPANY to enter in the restricted zone. PE 1.3 • Secure the riser horizontally alongside the vessel by means of tag lines. BR 1.5 • Vessel to approach the platform as per sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-306. BR INF A minimum clearance of 10 m shall be observed during the following operations between the platform and the installation vessel. Sub–Task #2 Riser Transfer to Platform 2.1 • Transfer personnel to platform by work boat. 2.2 • Adjust vessel and riser heading as per sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-306. DF/CO • Lower riser horizontally to sea surface level. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003306. DF/CO • Personnel ready on board work boat to render assistance. • Lower winch block to sea surface and adjust crane position to allow the connection of the vertical rigging (3m long wire sling) to the winch block. DF/CO • Personnel on board work boat to connect the vertical rigging to the end of the winch cable (platform) refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-307. CO/DF • Crane to adjust position as requested. • Work boat out of lifting area. DF/SS • Pay-out vessel crane hook until Winch Transfer Rigging is under tension (riser is horizontal at elevation -3.00 m) as per sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-308. DF/SS • Slowly pay-out 20 m the vessel crane hook in order to start the riser upending. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-309. CO/DF/ SS • Stop lowering crane hook. CO/DF/ SS • Pay-in platform winch until spreader bar padeye is at sea surface (Level 0.00 m). CO/SS • Under directions from Deck Supervisor, Crane operator to simultaneously play with the crane orientation and block level so as not to exceed the allowed sidelead and offlead angle of the crane cable. CO/SS Pay-out crane until riser is 5 m from seabed. CO/SS/ ROV ROV to monitor clearance with seabed. INF/ ROV 2.17 Attention to be paid for clearance between bottom of riser and existing lines of platform. ROV to monitor. Move vessel in order to align the riser perpendicularly to the platform. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-311. 2.18 BR/CO Riser orientation to be controlled by observing the direction of top part during crane rotation. 2.19 Pay-in platform winch until riser spreader bar is approximately at level +3.00m. 2.20 Slowly pay-out vessel crane to bring riser to vertical position and slack the lifting sling around 1 m. DF DF/SS/ ROV Slings slack to be controlled to prevent spreader bar rotation. RATs to connect 20 mT Manual Chain Block to the master link on the spreader bar padeye. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-313. 2.21 CO/SS/ ROV INF 2.22 RATs to be in safe position with regards to the riser flange during rigging connection. After connection, slowly take tension on vessel crane. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-NS-205003-314. 2.23 DF/SS Sub–Task #3 Riser Transfer from Winch Rigging to Static Rigging Start paying-out Winch Transfer Rigging in order to transfer riser load to Static Rigging pre-installed below ESDV deck. 3.1 SS/DF Riser to be pulled laterally by means of lever hoists connected to the platform. At this stage, Static Rigging shall be slack. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-314. RATs to pay-in chain block to reduce slack gradually. INF 3.2 In order to respect the beam clamps capacity (maximum angle of 15 degs), the Static Rigging shall not take load before the riser is located in front to the AKPO line. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003314. 3.3 D DF/SS/ OM At discretion of Offshore Manager, crane heave compensator to be activated during the transfer. 3.4 When riser is located in front of AKPO Line, start taking tension on Static Rigging and slack Winch Transfer Rigging. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-315. SS/DF Pay-in Static Rigging, by means of chain block, until the riser is located below beam clamps. SS/DF Spreader bar padeye (lifting point) to be kept at sea surface level during transfer (LAT 0.00). 3.5 Platform winch to be operated accordingly to avoid clash between falls and ESDV deck. RATs to secure winch block before disconnection. 3.6 SS/DF RATs to disconnect Winch Transfer Rigging. Winch block to be kept secured in position for later spreader bar removal. Lift the riser vertically (approximately 3m) using chain block to adjust riser position for transfer to final location. 3.7 SS/DF INF 3.8 RATs to be in safe position with regards to the riser flange during rigging connection. 3.9 Slowly pay-out the vessel crane to bring the riser to vertical position. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-316. SS/DF INF 3.10 As the riser is connected at the bottom part to crane vessel, the chain block has to be operated by RATs in synchrony with the vessel crane, to prevent side loads on the beam flange. ROV to connect clump weight rigging to the sling pre-installed onto spreader bar. 3.11 CO/SS/ ROV At this stage, the clearance between riser and seabed is approximately 2 m. When riser is secured in position by Static Rigging (top side) and clump weight (subsea), lower the crane hook to slack the rigging from the crane hook. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-317. ROV to monitor/check stability of riser after connection to clump weight rigging. CO/SS/ ROV 3.14 ROV to disconnect the lifting rigging from ROV Hook (fitted on crane block) at approximately 20 m water depth. Refer to sketch OFON2-FR-N-S-205003-317. ROV 3.15 ROV to confirm that crane hook is free. CO/DF/ SS 3.16 Sub–Task #4 Riser Installation at Final Location 4.1 Saturation Diver to be deployed to promote the final approach of the riser into bottom clamp. DS SAT Divers to install slings and tirfors/lever hoists between spreader bar and jacket bracing to assist riser final approach. Refer to sketch below: DS/SS/ DF 4.2 Light sticks and buoys can be used to help handling the clump weight rigging. 4.3 SAT Divers to evaluate distance and direction of moving. DS At topside, RATs to connect the two (2) soft slings (from spreader bar padeye) to chain blocks (10 mT) above riser final position. If required, diver to help engagement by means of tirfors or lever hoists. INF 4.8 SAT Diver to be in safe position and to ensure a safe umbilical management during all movement. 4.9 RATs to safely land the riser on the hanger clamp by operating 10mT chain blocks. DF 4.10 RATs to secure riser in position (onto hanger clamp) with cargo straps, but keep lifting rigging ready to take the spreader bar weight. DF SAT Diver to confirm riser location. DS 4.11 SAT Diver to ensure that riser lifting slings are not entrapped inside the subsea clamp. SAT Diver to secure the riser inside the lowest clamp using a cargo strap. DS SAT Diver to secure the spreader bar on jacket bracing with cargo straps or slings/tirfors, as per sketch below: DS 4.14 When riser is engaged and secured onto clamps, SAT Diver to disconnect vessel clump weight rigging from the spreader bar (by means of ROV Hook). SS/DS 4.15 SAT Diver to keep slings and tirfors connected and tight, between spreader bar & jacket bracings, to secure/help spreader bar removal. DS 4.17 SAT Diver to check and secure the spreader bar lifting slings (4-leg bridle) above spreader bar, to prevent slings entanglement (e.g. below trunnions) during spreader bar upending/lifting. 4.18 Recover SAT Diver on the bell. 4.19 Rotate and reposition vessel for Diving activities (vessel starboard side facing the platform).
