THE SIMPSON FAMILY
The Simpsons live in a fictional town in the USA called Springfield. Homer Simpson is the father of the
family. He is 39 years old. He’s tall, fat and strong. Homer likes eating and drinking very much. He is not
very clever, but he is very funny.
His wife, Marge, is a good mother who has to take care of Homer and the rest of the family most of the
time. She is 38 years old and she is usually very calm and gentle. Marge has got a good relationship with
her sisters, Patty and Selma.
Bart is 10 years old. He is not very bright. In fact, he is a weak student who enjoys comic books and
skateboarding. He often tells lies and he is naughty. He is short with fair hair.
Lisa is 8 years old. She is short and she’s got fair hair. She is an excellent student and a nice person. She
is almost the complete opposite of Bart, except that they both enjoy the cartoons of "Itchy and Scratchy".
In her free time, she likes playing the saxophone and reading books.
Maggie is the baby of the family. She is only one year old. She can’t walk and she can’t talk but she is
very clever.
Almost every little thing in this family is humorous. In general, their everyday life is funny.
