Activity 3: GROUPINGS
Directions: Learners will be divided into four (4) groups.
1. Divide the class into four groups.
2. Provide each group with a set of nutritional information labels from various food products.
3. Instruct the groups to analyze the nutritional content of the food products and determine if they contribute to a
balanced diet.
4. Encourage students to discuss their findings and reasoning within their groups.
5. Circulate among the groups to provide guidance and answer any questions.
