Instructions to Resolve Amazon for Business Login Issue:
If you already have an Amazon Prime/Consumer account with your School District
email address, follow these steps to resolve the login issue and gain access to
Amazon for Business:
1. Open Your Web Browser
Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge) and make sure to clear your
history, cache, and cookies, or use incognito/private mode.
2. Visit Amazon.ca
In the address bar, type www.amazon.ca to open the Amazon Prime
website.
Note: Ensure you are on Amazon.ca and not Amazon.com.
3. Sign In to Your Amazon Prime/Consumer Account
Use your School District email address to sign in to your Amazon
Prime/Consumer account.
4. Enter Password or Reset
Enter your password. If you don’t remember it, click "Forgot password" to
reset it. This password is for your Amazon Prime/Consumer account.
5. Confirm You're Logged In
Double-check that you're logged into Amazon.ca with your Amazon
Prime/consumer account.
6. Open the Unique URL
Copy the following unique URL and paste it into a new tab in the same
browser window where you are logged into your Amazon Prime account:

7. Enter Password
The system will recognize that you have a retail account and prompt you to
enter a password. Enter the password you created or used in Step #4.
8. Complete the Split/Merge Workflow
You will be directed to a split/merge workflow. Here, you can confirm
whether you want to merge or split the accounts, based on your
preference.
9. Access Amazon for Business
Once you complete the split/merge workflow, you will gain access to your
Amazon for Business account.
10. Success!
Congratulations, you’ve successfully resolved the login issue and can now
access your Amazon for Business account. You’re amazing!
