MEP Design Review & Analysis
Our team gathers all the relevant informa on based on the input provided and interacts with client
design team to get technical RFI's addressed to deliver MEP and Structure Design.
Based on approval of the conceptual design proposed, our team proceeds to the next level of design .i.e.
detail design stage, where each component of the system is designed accurately backed up by design
calcula ons and standards. We follow interna onally accepted ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA and ASME
standards for designing MEP system in any project. During the design development process, our team
regularly interacts with client's design team to keep abreast with client's expecta ons.
Depending on owner's budget and requirement, each project is also implemented with BIM using Revit
and Navisworks for 3D model development and coordina on with other services respec vely. Using BIM
at each stage helps in crea ng 3D visuals of the design for be er understanding of the design intent.
HVAC Engineering Design
Being the most advanced services in MEP, HVAC is the heart of Building MEP design. We offer a full range

MEP Design Review & Analysis
Our team has vast experience checking project's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system to
make sure it's just the right size—not too small and not too big. Our skilled team carefully looks at design
parameters such as design calcula ons, selected equipment size and specifica on, and if there's enough
space in the plant rooms to make sure system is neither under nor oversized.
The client provides AEODC with the following (along with other informa on as needed) which may
include the following but not limited to:
MEP Design Drawings
MEP Design Calcula ons
Our team collects all necessary informa on from the provided input and collaborates with the client's
MEP team to address any technical ques ons or issues. We review and validate the client's MEP design
calcula ons, equipment choices, duc ng and piping routes, and other design elements. This helps us
deliver a thorough analysis of the efficiency and effec veness of the client's MEP system.

design, ensuring compliance, cost alignment, and project visualiza on.
Essence of QA/QC
We believe in providing an accurate and error-free design and digi za on services. In order to live up to
clients expecta ons we maintain three level QA/QC process that helps us in ge ng errors rec fied before
the final submission.
The QC Process followed at AEO Design Consultants Office is shown below:
Stage 1
The produc on team conducts grid-to-grid analysis of the job executed and compare it to the scope of
work provided by the client. The Project Team Lead checks the project along with one member from the
produc on team. Based on review, the QC report is submi ed to the QC department to ini ate second
stage of QC.
Stage 2
The QC department cross examines the deliverables as per client's scope of work. The QC team is
provided with ini al input from the client along with output generated including the RFI log prepared
along the project prepara on. The major points QC team looks for at this stage are as follows:
Any missing output as per scope
Any conflict in services
Dimensioning, tex ng and annota ons
Constructability Analysis Report
Material Quan ty Schedule
Project overall alignment
Any mismatch or miscellaneous issues
The QC team keeps interac ng with the Team Lead of Produc on team for ge ng answer to queries, if
any. Once QC is conducted, the deliverable is forwarded to the project manager for last level of QC.
Stage 3
The project manager skims through the deliverable based on scope of work and once checked the
deliverable is submi ed to the client for review and feedback.
