Module 8 Indeed, I learned from reading this chapter important ways to learn even if it is harder online, as I find that learning online is more difficult than actually attending lectures and listening to lecturers directly, especially for difficult subjects, and the most difficult thing about learning online is to focus and maintain the same level of concentration that I started with. Learning such methods may solve a large part of this problem, as I personally find that one of the most important benefits of taking notes and writing during the lecture is to stay focused on what the lecturer will say or what he will focus on in this lecture, and I found that it keeps my focus strong, unlike attending the lecture without any writing or notes and using them later, even when studying from a reference book suggested. I find greater benefit in recording notes manually than recording them using the computer, especially since I use the outline method, but after reading the chapter I prefer the Cornell method, which is more practical, and I prefer printing the model and trying it in the coming days, and I expect that it will help me. I think the most crucial point in taking notes is to benefit from them personally and in a way that achieves your goals in writing them. What you do is not a point of weakness, even if others see it as chaos. What is important is that you benefit from these notes and that they are organized for you. I suggest that you try one of the methods suggested in the chapter and integrate it with your method. You never know, there may be a method that you did not know existed and later preferred. I totally agree with you because I use the same outline style and I have never used the Cornell style yet I didn't even think about it or know about it but I find myself liking it more. I have decided to give it a try and I expect to get good use out of it. I wish you the best of luck.
