EMPLOYEE PAYROLL & BENEFIT SYSTEM
INTRODUCTION
This project deals with implementing a system for handling the payroll and benefits
of an employee. It is a integrated solution designed to simplify and optimize the
management of the employee payroll processing and benefits administration with reel
time insights and secure data handling, not only payroll efficiency but also to ensure
transparency and compliance, contributing smoother transaction.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Before this database was built, the treasure had a many paperworks to do in order
to provide a monthly update by means of payroll calculation and benefits shares of an
employee. It also led to lack of transparency to every single employee.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION
The recommended solution we have come up by creating a portal that can be
access by admin and employee using a database in SQL Server, which employee can
update information and view benefits, shares, and payroll computation. It will also reduce
the treasuree workload by automated calculation using this system.
BUSINESS RULES
• Employee must submit legal documents.
• HR must validate employee documents.
• HR must submit/forward these documents to treasuree.
• Treasuree create budget proposal.
• Treasuree can calculate payroll of an employee.
• Treasuree release payroll slip.
• Auditor can audit and approve budget proposal.
