And also resources, advice, and strategies for the successful conduct of the teacher-induction program. Observing and providing feedback- Observing my mentee's teaching practice and providing constructive feedback is essential. I always make sure to observe the mentee's teaching practice regularly, provide specific feedback on areas for improvement, and suggest strategies for improvement. Modelling effective teaching practices- I always act as a model of delivering effective teaching practices for the mentee. I demonstrate effective teaching practices, co-teach with the mentee, and provide opportunities for the mentee to observe other effective teachers. Building a positive and supportive relationship- Establishing a positive and supportive relationship between the mentor and mentee is crucial. I always make sure to create a safe space for the mentee to share her concerns, ideas, and progress. 2. What interventions, resources and other activities helped in the conduct of the TIP?
