F. Overview, Rationale and Objectives:
The 54th Graduation/Recognition Exercises of Barrera Elementary School will be on April 3, 2019. It shall be
realized to give recognition on pupil’s academic/non-academic achievements for the whole school year.
Our target for this event is to have a memorable day to everybody. Pupils will surely be motivated to attend
that special day. The graduating pupils will be receiving certificates up the stage after six years. Time for stage
preparation be given emphasis one (1) week before graduation day. The project objectives are as follows:
1. Create an atmosphere more conducive to pupil’s graduation/recognition day.
2. Improve the physical outlook/preparation of hall and stage.
3. Provide/give certificates, medals, ribbons, programs/invitation and awards which will encourage them
to attend the graduation rites.
4. Promote stakeholder’s participation in any school programs and projects.
G. Goal and scope/Beneficiaries:
The component of this project will be Barrera Elementary School from Kinder to Grade VI. There are 15
graduating students and 18 kindergarten.
At the end of the graduation/recognition exercises marks a very memorable day to all. It ensures happiness,
joy and inspirations in every pupil’s heart. Parents continuously cooperate and support on school’s activities
and programs.
