It is meant to be a self review and critique of teacher’s performance and students’ participation. The main aim for
teacher’s reflection is to perpetually enhance professional performance through reflecting on the lesson procedures;
what went well and what needs to be improved next time. Self reflection can be an assessment of (teaching
strategies, questioning techniques, teaching aids, classroom management…etc.)
