and UAE.

themes influenced by geography, culture, and history.
❏ Create artwork blending diverse regional elements,
showcasing influences from Philippines & UAE culture,
history, and geography.

STATION 1:
Art Influence Mapping
✅ Instructions:
1. Research a regional art form from the Philippines & UAE.
2. Create a mind map showing how the following influence the art form:
-Geography (available materials, natural landscape)
-Culture (traditions, beliefs, festivals)
-History (colonial influences, historical events)
3. Present your findings in small groups and discuss how regional
differences shape artistic traditions.
STATION 2:
Artwork Analysis – Unpacking the Story Behind Art
✅ Instructions:
1. Select traditional or contemporary Filipino & Emirati artwork (painting,
sculpture, textile, or architecture).
2. Answer the following analysis questions:
Materials: What materials were used? How does geography affect material
choices?
Techniques: What artistic techniques were applied? How do they connect to
cultural practices?
Themes: What stories, symbols, or beliefs are depicted? How do history and local
traditions influence them?
3. Share your findings.
STATION 3:
Art of Generations: Diversity through Unity
✅ Instructions:
1. Each member will be assigned 1 following art style:
- Beauty of Nature
- Human Emotion & Expression
- Mythology & Fantasy
- Urban Life & Architecture
- Culture or Abstractism
2. Each member, will be given 3 minutes to paint their theme on a canvas. After the minute is
over, the next member must add on to the canvas and paint their own theme. This will cycle on
for 10 minutes.
3. Art Gallery: Explain the diversity of your artwork through the class.
