Dear Hon. Rosalino I. Lopoy,

High School, I am writing to formally request permission to borrow six (6) pieces of wooden
chairs for the Coronation Night of Miss and Mr. LURISA 2025, which is scheduled to take
place on February 28, 2025, at LURISA National High School Covered Court.
The wooden chairs will be essential for the seat of the candidates during the coronation,
ensuring that the event runs smoothly and comfortably. We assure you that the chairs will be
handled with utmost care and will be returned in the same condition as received. Additionally,
we are willing to comply with any terms and conditions set by the barangay regarding their
use.
Please let us know the necessary procedures for borrowing the chairs and if there are any forms
