in cm and cm2 respectively.
Formula for the Area of the Net of a Cuboid:
4(L*B) + 2(W*B)
= 4(8cm*4cm) + 2(4cm*4cm)
= (4*32cm2) + (2*16cm2)
= 128cm2 + 32cm2
= 160cm2
Formula for the Area of the Net of a Prism with Triangular Cross-Section:
3(L*W) + (W*B)
= 3(8cm*4cm) + (4cm*4cm)
= (3*32cm2) + 16cm2
= 96cm2 + 16cm2
= 112cm2
