Feeling tired: Sometimes work, family, or other things make it difficult to get motivated for exercises. 3. Fear of failure or embarrassment: Some individuals tend to be bothered by a fear of inadequacy or making a fool out of themselves while working out. 4. Mental health challenges: In denial of their mood disorders, individuals find it difficult to get out of bed or pick a day’s activities. 5.
