Literary Terms Project

For this project you will choose ten literary terms. Please choose one term from each of the
7 sections of the “Overview of Basic Literary Terms” handout. The final three terms will be
personal choice. You will then incorporate these ten terms into an original poem, rap, song,
or skit in order to teach the terms to your fellow classmates.
You must state the term, explain the meaning, and provide an example for each term to
receive full credit and a “B” grade. Students who would like an “A” grade will present a
project that demonstrates a significant level of effort, understanding, and time. Examples
of such projects will be provided for your reference.
A copy of your final product will need to be turned in after you have performed.
