The important role of work facilities can be divided into two aspects namely physical and non-physical facilities to facilitate organizational activities. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used is an employee at one of the government agencies in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of physical and non-physical facilities on the performance of 67.9%. Keywords: work facilities, employee performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Peran penting fasilitas kerja dapat dibagi menjadi dua aspek yaitu fasilitas fisik dan non fisik untuk memperlancar kegiatan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode verifikatif. Sample yang digunakan merupakan pegawai pada salah satu instansi pemerintah di Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat pengaruh fasilitas fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja sebesar 67,9%. Kata Kunci: fasilitas kerja, kinerja pegawai.
