Notes:
1. This data sheet shall be read in conjunction with SOR and Technical Specifications.
2. Inspection and Testing shall be as per this Data Sheet, GGL Specification, API 6H and ASME VIII Dec.1
latest edition. Inspection shall be carried out by TPI at Manufacture’s work as per QAP approved by
GGL.
3. Vendor to submit Quality Assurance Plane (QAP) and General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for review
and approval prior to commencement of manufacturing. Vendor to refer attached sample QAP for

reference only. GAD shall mention all dimensions including overall length, sealing length, sealing width,
inside diameter, Torque for tightening the leak clamp, total weight of clamp etc.
4. Test Certificates shall be reviewed by client/TPIA as per approved QAP, GA drawing, Inspection & Test
certificates including NDE.
5. Bidder shall clearly mention deviation, if any at the time of bid submission. No deviation shall be
accepted post placement of order.
6. TPIA shall issue EN 10204 3.2 certification for testing & inspection of valves
7. Non-Destructive Examination
All finished product shall 100% ultrasonically tested for any type defects. Laminations shall not be
acceptable.
After final machining, all bevel surfaces shall be inspected by dye penetrate or wet - magnetic
particle methods. Weld repair of bevel surface is not permitted.
8. Vendor shall supply spare seal alongwith each set of leak repair clamp in Nitrogen Purged Aluminum
casing and instruction manual for replacement of spares.
9. Vendor shall supply the clamp with all associated parts including 2 D bolts with 3-meter lifting belt with
each clamp for successful and convenient installation at site.
10. Vendor to provide brochure, installation manual, procedure for installation of the clamp, preservation
and replacement of seals along with supply of clamp.
11. Vendor to arrange one-time demonstration for installation of leak repair clamp. Preferred size shall be
6” NB or above.
