Is it better to buy a running campus of Allied or opening new is better?

How and which Location to choose? What about choosing new towns H-13 or more populated areas.! If
not this location, then what other location you would have choose?

Starting in near street in own building or at main street/commercial rented building?

Starting in which month have more success in terms of getting building, renovations, marketing

Recommendation to start with Primary or Matric level?

Hiring Female Principal is necessary or an experienced person can do it? Or hiring VP is enough?

How many staff to be hired in first month? Designations….! Team structure/hierarchy?

What if, director cannot give full day daily basis, rather 1-2 hours each day?

How to decide the ratio % with Allied HQ. Is 10% is fixed or we can communicate to more less?

If we are in loss in initial months, still have to pay anything of collection revenue? Is it can be discussed

How to pay initial amount to allied, any better or secure way? Is it possible in installments?
