1.1 What is creativity to you?
For me, creativity is when your idea astonishes others with its distinctiveness, originality, and wit.
1.2 Which is your favorite definition of creativity and why?
My favorite definition of creativity is the definition of Vernon on 1989. It appeals to me because it
accurately reflects my understanding of what creativity is.

Small “c”
Cooking food for a children is an example of creativity that I
experience in my daily life and explain why it represents
creativity for me. Children are picky eaters. So I considered it a
challenge to cook food that is healthy and fits their taste.
Big “c”
I think one of the example of grand creativity is Music. Music
helps me a lot. Scientifically, when music is performed, blood
flows more freely. It lowers stress and boosts serotonin and
endorphin levels in the blood. There is emotional quality of
experience as in aesthetic. Music has the ability to strengthen
interpersonal ties while also communicating ideals and identity.
