You need to set up the sheet you're pulling data from for each report.
You also need to set up the columns for each report.
You also need to set up filters for each report based on
what you want them to see.
Homepage
Instead of using folders, this
function is most useful
when creating a workspace.
It helps users navigate
without being confused
about where to find things.
Program Sheet
It includes columns for WBS, BRAG, Priority, %Done, Title, Description, Notes, Responsible, Accountable,
Consulted, Informed, File Link, and Status.
The WBS, BRAG, and Status columns are formula-based, with formulas that automatically display values based
on your progress.
Program Sheet
It includes columns for Type, Baseline Start, Baseline End, Baseline Duration, Actual Start, Actual End, Actual
Duration, Predecessors, Variance, Date Closed
The Type and Date Closed columns have their own functions as well, automatically displaying values based on
your inputs.
Baseline columns and Variance are special columns that can be set up using Smartsheet functions.
Program Sheet
It includes columns for Completed (Last 2 Weeks), Look Ahead (Next 4 Weeks), Row Code, Level, isParent,
Unique ID, Parent ID, Suffix, Prefix, WBS Helper, Priority Rank, and Priority.
All of these are helper columns and formula-based; dashboards will not function properly without them.
The RACI Tracker helps everyone track
their own tasks by showing values
based on the tasks assigned to them.
It includes an Active Task table that
displays all your in-progress tasks,
with a detailed view available when
you click on the table.
It also includes Completed (Last 2
Weeks) and 4 Weeks Look Ahead
tables that work similarly to the Active
Task table but have different filters and
functions.
Navigation buttons below help you
move around without returning to the
homepage.
