CARS
Chapter 1: Dynamics.
INTRODUCTION
Vehicle Dynamics is the study of
classical mechanics that predict and
control movement.
SCIENCE
What is the science behind it?
The little tires that are responsible that cause the
car to go move forward and down. The controls
inside of the car allow the tire to move clockwise
and anti-clock wise. The arrows here are simply
responsible for the motions that are acting on the
car itself.

SCIENCE
How do these forces work?
F(yf)
F(xf)
F(fr)
F(gf)
F(xf) - represents the force that is produced by the car
at it’s maximum speed on the x scale. (Backward and
Forwards).
F(yf) - represents the the force that is achieved by the
car at it’s maximum speed when the car gets bumps or
holes on the road.
F(fr) - The “fr” stands for friction that the tire might face
when it’s driven.
F(gf) - It’s the gravity the effects the tires of the cars.
REAL LIFE
How is it used in real life?
Vehicle Dynamics plays a huge
role all around the world. There is
always been a drive for achieving
faster means of speed of
transportation, while also being
safe. That’s the core mechanic of
vehicle dynamics.
EXAMPLES
What else is Vehicle Dynamics is about?
Moreover, Vehicle Dynamics is not only a
study of the mechanics of vehicles but
also scenarios such as wheel motion,
forward and backward acceleration.
The minus represents
deacceleration and a left
turn
Longitudinal
The plus signs represent the
increase in acceleration.

IMPORTANCE
Why is Vehicle Dynamics so important? Well, in
simple words it’s allows for larger distances to
be covered in a safer manner. Hence, why it’s
important for there to be more progress in the
Vehicle Dynamics. As it allows for more
progress in safer and faster transportation.
SOLAR PANELS
Chapter 2: Energy and Momentum
INTRODUCTION
What is Solar Panel?
Solar Panels are panels that
absorb energy from the sun which
it uses to convert it into
electricity that powers up homes.
They all follow the rules of law of
conservation momentum of
Newton’s Third Law of Motion
SCALE
How do they truly work in real life?
Solar panels are an epitome of that are
semiconductors that use the photovoltaic cells
that contain electrons which is directly starting a
flow of electrons. Allowing for that energy going
through an inverter that allows for the spread of
electrons.
Direct Current
Alternate Current
KNOWLEDGE
What is the law of conservation of
momentum?
Reaction
Action
Newton’s law states that for every reaction there is an equal and
opposite reaction.
REAL LIFE
How does Solar Panels affect real life?
Solar Panels are extremely
sustainable and efficient.
The power conversion from
electricity is extremely
fast and allows for people
to not harm the
environment and use
sustainable electricity, and
further improves the
technology regarding
sustainable energy.
IMPORTANCE
Why should you care about solar panels?
Solar power will become inexpensive and will
last longer in the near future
Low maintenance is needed for solar panels
meaning less money wasted by solar companies
Huge electricity bill reduction and might be
cheaper than non-renewable electricity.
NEGATIVES
Negatives of Solar Panels
Highly weather dependent, with
clouds, rains, and storms it will
be harder for solar panels to
collect energy
Solar Energy storage is
expensive as it’s a own power
source
Need to clear land, hence
negatively affects the forests.
Transportation and installation
of solar panels causes pollution.
MAGLEV TRAINS
Chapter 3: Gravitational, Electric, and
Magnetic Fields.
INTRODUCTION
What is a Maglev Train?
Well Maglev Trains are means of
transportation that uses a property called
“electromagnetism” to move. This main
property is why it’s so popular around the
physics community and is been using
worldwide.
HOW?
How does a Maglev Train work?
Maglev Trains use the property
of magnets that are attached at
the bottom of the train and on
the tracks. Creating a loop that
pulls the train from the front and
pushes it from the back.
MAGNETS
Science behind it?
To go more in depth, underneath
the trains consist magnets that are
spread apart.

However, the tracks consist of
double the amount of magnets
than the train!
Because of this, the train is always
in a constant state of attraction
and repulsion. Causing the train to
keep floating! Now just add a bit of
electricity and a timer, that sets of
the magneti
REAL LIFE
How does it benefit society?
Maglev Trains are cheap,
and has a good cost-benefit
ratio. It’s environmentally
friendly and allows the
creation of jobs, and it’s
significantly faster than
normal trains!
MAGNETIC FIELD
What is a magnetic field?
Magnetic field is basically a
invisible magnetic field around a
magnet. It affects these particles
called electron and protons. The
poles are called North (N) and
South (S), are what attract and
repulse particles.
NEGATIVES
Negatives of Maglev Trains?
Maglev Trains are very
expensive at the current time
They use a lot of energy and
isn’t very cost effective
There is no template for Maglev
Trains, hence it takes more
time and money to build in a
country
NIGHT VISION
Chapter 4: Wave Nature of Light
INTRODUCTION
What are Night Vision Goggles?
Night vision goggles are
wearable electronic devices
that help you see more in low
light. They cover both eyes
and allow people to identify
objects in the dark.
SCIENCE?
What is the science behind the goggles?
Photon which are tiny light particles
enter into the goggles that contains
this intensifier that converts the
photons into electrons, and all of
this is from the photocathode
inside the intensifier. Later, the
phosphor screen turns the
electrons into photons, hence why
all goggles have a green-tinted
vision.

REAL LIFE
How does Night Vision Goggles
affect society?
Night vision goggles are used and
have benefited the military, wild life
observation, recreational activities,
and allows night hiking. Military uses
night vision goggles and have
created a safer environment and
allowed a rapid more scientific and
militaristic value to the world.
NEGATIVES
They can strain your
eyes causing problems
Limited Battery Life
They are very
expensive
Fast-moving objects
can cause lag in the
night goggles.
QUANTUM COMPUTING
Chapter 5: Revolution in Modern Physics
INTRODUCTION
What is Quantum Computing?
Quantum Computing in layman
terms means a computer that
can do hard calculations at an
extremely fast time, that beat
most classical computers at this
day and age.
SCIENCE?
Quantum computers are very
different from classical
computers. Normal computers the
ones you see in an electric store
tend to use zeros and ones which
are called binary. Most classical
computers use binary to function.
However, Quantum computers use
qubits. Essentially they are a
combination of both zeroes and
ones and are exponentially faster
than normal computers

IMPORTANCE
Can possibly cure disease with no cures,
because of the research data and
simulations that the computing gives
Airline systems will become more
efficient, (no waiting during airplane calls)
And more technology that furthers
development in ease of life (traffic signal)
REAL LIFE
Quantum computing is
essentially the new invention
that is going to make new
medicine, allow for Artificial
Intelligence to flourish, while also
giving solutions and steps to
combat climate change.
Quantum computing might
revolutionize the world!
