Each group is required to present the process of preparing their group report, covering
all stages from the first meeting to the day of submission. The presentation should

Gantt Chart:
o Present a Gantt chart that details the timeline of activities, from planning to
report submission. Indicate key milestones and deadlines.
Selection of Group Leader:
o Explain the process of selecting the group leader, including criteria used and
the method of selection (e.g., voting, volunteering, or appointment).
Task Dissemination:
o Describe how tasks were assigned among group members, including the
rationale behind the division of tasks (e.g., based on skills, interests, or
workload).
Issues and Problems:
o Provide a list of any issues or challenges encountered during the preparation
process (e.g., communication breakdowns, scheduling conflicts, task overload,
etc.).
Solutions:
o Discuss the solutions implemented to address these issues. Highlight any
adaptations or changes made to improve group performance and ensure the
report’s completion.

Each group member must individually prepare a 1-2 minute video reflecting on the

Submission:

Presentation: Presentations will take place on week 12-13. Each group is expected to
present within a 10-15 minute time frame.

Self-Reflection Video: Include link for your individual videos in the presentation slides.
Weightage: This assignment is worth 20% of your ongoing assessment.
Submission Deadline: Submit both hard and soft copies (via Ufuture/etc) by Week 12
