Notes :1. Fix two pump , one in launching shaft and another one in front of CP-01 towrads down line.
2. Fix tremie pipe at launching shaft for lower concrete from surface to shaft ( in pump).
3. Concrete to be transfered from shaft to pouring location by pipe line from one pump to another pump.
4. Total 4 nos vibrators shall be fixed at shutter for vibrating .
5. First start concrete pouring from left side wall upto SPL towards Down Line by first TM.
6. After pouring of first TM , start pouring to right side wall upto SPL.
7. Once concrete pouring completed upto SPL at both side , start pouring for Overt .
8.The above steps shall be implemented to ensure that concrete pour is continuous & no cold joints are formed .
9.In case of delay in concrete supply, the pour from existing transit mixers shall be slowed down and poured at all faces of concrete to maintain
continuity & avoid cold joints.
