> Courses offered during the special term could be research, attachment, fieldwork, courses for undergraduate part-time
students and GEM Trailblazer Summer courses. There will not be classroom-based courses for full-time students in May and
June. Students can enrol in GEM Trailblazer Summer courses conducted in July. Graduating students who are clearing their
remaining academic unit requirement through summer courses will not be able to join the year’s convocation.

(2) Research students in graduate programmes are expected to work on their research projects throughout the period of their candidature, subject to prevailing terms, requirements and entitlements.
