efforts to catapult its real estate ventures onto the global stage. Not content with conventional
boundaries, Darshan played a pivotal role in diversifying the group's portfolio, including the
establishment of the renowned Dr L.H. Hiranandani Hospital in February 2004, a testament to his
commitment to social welfare.
Assuming the mantle of CEO of the Hiranandani Group in February 2014 marked a significant
milestone in Darshan's career trajectory, showcasing his readiness to lead and innovate within the
organization. Further expanding his horizons, he assumed the role of managing director at Nidar Group
in January 2016, where his strategic insights contributed to the company's growth and success.
Breaking new ground in December 2018, Darshan introduced 'Greenbase,' an innovative industrial and
logistics park in Mumbai, aligning with his vision for sustainable development and economic progress.
However, his most notable achievement came to fruition in July 2020 when, under his astute
leadership, the Hiranandani Group proudly unveiled Yotta Infrastructure Solutions, home to the world's
second-largest data center. This groundbreaking endeavor underscored Darshan's unwavering
