P.G, Nursery and Kindergarten: English spoken topics are random. Class Nursery students have not completed urdu alphabets and their small formation but have started joining with alif. The pattern is random. Suggestion: One month working should be compiled and handed over to students in their folders to avoid burden on printer. For the next year I would recommend to compile our books. Grade 1 to 6 Unavailability of Cambridge framework Unavailability of Cambridge teacher’s guide Unavailability of resources like science and social studies (G1to G3) Reading materials are designed by teacher from chat gpt. English spoken topics are random. Improvement and suggestions: We should provide Cambridge frame work and teacher’s guide to ensure the authenticity of material. THE LEADERS LYCEUM Chat gpt is not the authentic resource for study material. Authentic Cambridge books should be used to design study material, activities and worksheets as these books are created after extensive research by professors and educators. Teachers’ Evaluation: Teachers are from different backgrounds. They are in learning stage. The evaluation report was designed before conducting teaching methodologies workshop. I would recommend to give a time span of one month after conducting a workshop to implement the previous workshop strategies. This month report is diagnostic report. One on one meeting about the weak areas is under discussion. At the end the month one on one meeting result would be provided.
